i ran across their store over a year ago when i friend and i were walking down 13th street and saw the big closing signs in the windows...i only wish i had known about it earlier. that day, i found a bunch of vintage vargas pinups and my pal went home with a 19th century stitched portrait. <br /><br />but they're back for the month of december, and new yorkers- take notice! and maybe something TOTALLY different like paper goods! i'm a meticulous virgo without a lot of time, so this will take awhile...<br /><br />i've also had my nose in martha stewart living for the past two days! she was kind enough to take time out to have a little photo shoot with me in a park back in cincinnati while i was on a visit home...i met beth this summer while she was interning here in nyc, and was instantly taken with her her amazing illustrations/graphic design sense and cute-as-a-button look...yes, shes as sweet as she looks! thanks, beth!<br /><br />on another note, its starting to get chilly here in new york...last night, i went through my closet and drawers to change out the warm weather wardrobe for the cold weather one...it seems like i keep getting things, and my room just doesnt get any bigger. yikes! so i'm off to beacon's closet today to try to sell off a few items...i also discovered that i have LOTS of scarves!
